Video: classic Camaro v. Corvette - which is faster?

Both cars you see here are race-prepared and very, very loud. The Corvette, despite lacking a roof entirely, is faster flat-out, most noticeably down the back straight at Road Atlanta, but the Camaro is, somehow, better on its brakes and slightly quicker through the corners.

Objectively the argument will always come down to specifics, but in theory at least, between friends with rival muscle passions, it is an argument that will never end.
