What do you enjoy about working at the Health Club?
The people. It’s inspiring to be part of a club that never sits still and is constantly evolving to provide the best experiences for everyone, our members, guests and staff! There is a real sense of care and pride from everyone which makes it a truly special place to work.
What kind of sports/fitness/wellbeing do you enjoy?
I enjoy walking - especially a power walk, whether it’s through a town, countryside, seaside, or on a treadmill, it gives me energy and a clear mind. Having worked in the spa industry for 20 years, I have certainly felt the benefits from looking after my feet and my back to promote overall wellbeing and activeness. I also use a sleep app every night to help me switch off and sleep deeply!

What does Health & Wellbeing mean to you?
