What is your job role here at Goodwood?

I am the Health Club Administrator at Goodwood. I have been a part of the team for 30 years, having worked across 2 different departments.

What do you enjoy about working at the Health Club?

The biggest part for me is how unique Goodwood truly is. The range of classes and activities on offer for members is like no other I have experienced. I like how there is something for everyone to enjoy, no matter thier age, ability and their health journey.

What kind of sports/fitness/wellbeing do you enjoy?

I am passionate about wellbeing. Last year, I was diagnoses with cancer and found that sound baths, Wim Hoff and wellbeing talks helped me on my road to recovery. I am thrilled that in December I will be 1 year into remission.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve ever had to do here at Goodwood?

Hands down has to be Goat Yoga!

What does Health & Wellbeing mean to you?

To me, health & wellbeing means a love of life that makes you want to stay healthy and enable you to live life to the full.
