What is your job role here at Goodwood?

I am a Health Club Administrator here at Goodwood, which means I work as part of the membership team and oversee the new member journeys from processing the initial enquiries, conducting tours, and onboarding new members and getting them set up and ready to start their new Health & Wellbeing journey.

What do you enjoy about working at the Health Club?

As part of my role, I have to opportunity to meet lots of different people, from all different walks of life, coming together to enjoy the health club. I really enjoy seeing the members spending their time at the club, and progressing on their personal journeys.

What kind of sports/fitness/wellbeing do you enjoy?

I am an avid gym-goer who loves fitting in workouts to build strength and improve fitness. I also make it a priority to slow down and reset with some yoga, enjoying the balance of stretching and mindfulness it brings.

What is the most unusual thing you have ever had to do here at Goodwood?

One of the most memorable experiences I have had was during the Goodwood Revival, where I dressed to the nines and hosted hospitality at the Bar & Grill. It felt like an incredible step back in time, with our guests arriving in vintage cars, dressed in classic attire, fully embracing the spirit of the Revival!

What does Health & Wellbeing mean to you?

For me, Health & Wellbeing is all about community. There is something truly special about watching people unite over shared passions and support each other in reaching their personal goals. One of the highlights of my job is seeing members connect at the health club, during events, or at mixers, building a vibrant and supportive community together.
