What is your job role here at Goodwood?

I am the Studio Coordinator at Goodwood, which means I look after the instructors and the class timetables. On top of this, I am also a personal trainer and run my own classes.

What do you enjoy about working at the Health Club?

The biggest thing for me is meeting our members and helping them with their wellbeing journeys. Wellbeing should be fun and I like to make sure everyone is working hard, well-informed as well as having a great time. Our instructor team is amazing and we are so proud of the class diversity that we offer here. The Goodwood members also make my job worthwhile and are one of the reasons I have been working here for 10 years.

What kind of sports/fitness/wellbeing do you enjoy?

I really enjoy dance and all styles, most of my classes are based around dance. It is so good to be creative as well as fit (it is never boring!)

What is the most unusual thing you’ve ever had to do here at Goodwood?

It must be the 24-hour classathon in 2023. This was not only unusual but physically and emotionally challenging due to the cause we were doing it for. It was a real community moment.

What does Health & Wellbeing mean to you?

To me it means finding what makes you feel inspired, energised, and happy. Living WELL and to the max!
