Chia Muesli Recipe

Try out one of our delicious recipes from our Gut Health Programme at home.

Ingredients:

  • 70g Chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp Mixed spice
  • 2tsp Honey
  • 300ml Water
  • 1 Tin coconut milk
  • 200g Red apples (diced, skin on)
  • 150g Pears (diced, skin on)
  • 100g Cashews (soaked overnight)
  • Berries and orange zest for decoration

Method:

  • Mix everything together, except for cashews, apples and pears. Leave to soak for 5mins
  • Stir together, add the diced cashews, apples and pears
  • Place into glasses, 100g per portion, top with berries and grated orange zest
