Farmer, Butcher, Chef is a celebration of the beef, pork and lamb we rear at Goodwood Home Farm. Enjoy hearty Butcher’s Boards and a constantly changing menu that evolves with the seasons. You will travel further than your food.
The Menu
Goodwood's sustainable restaurant champions seasonal English produce from our own farm or local suppliers and the result is a delicious, imaginative choice of dishes.
Sunday Roast
All of our delicious roasts are served with yorkshire pudding, dripping roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
A La Carte
Our butcher is directly involved in designing dishes according to what cuts are available - an original approach that means nothing is wasted. The Butcher’s Boards are an imaginative way to enjoy our beef, pork and lamb; they highlight different cuts served in a variety of dishes.
Breakfast
Who doesn't love a hotel breakfast? With the perfect sausages straight from Goodwood Home Farm, freshly ground coffee, piles of pastries, granola, stewed fruit and more, you'll find it hard to leave the table.

Set Menu
The farmer, butcher and chef invite you to enjoy two courses from £30 or three for £35. Available at all times, with the exception of Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch.
Summer Sessions
Gather with friends for a laid-back al fresco afternoon of live acoustic music, generous sharing boards piled high with wood-fired meat and sunshine. Select Saturdays: 7 & 21 June, 5 & 19 July, 2 & 16 August | 11am–2pm

Our maximum table size to book online is 6. If you would like to book a larger group, please use our enquiry form. We will try our best to cater to all of your needs, but this might not always be possible and on occasion, we might have to split up your tables.
For special occasions, we can offer use of our Lennox Suite dining rooms that can seat larger groups at a bespoke cost. Please use our enquiry form to ask about availability and costs.

At Farmer, Butcher, Chef, our ethos is all about our sustainably sourced meats from our very own Goodwood Home Farm. We are not a Vegetarian restaurant, however we do our very best to cater for Vegan and Vegetarian diets, but this isn't always possible due to seasonality and availability of ingredients.
