Formerly known as RAF Westhampnett, the airfield has been here since WWII, serving as a satellite to RAF Tangmere. Located in West Sussex, it is the south coast’s focal point for flying excellence. Pilots and passengers enjoy bird’s-eye views over the Solent and Isle of Wight.

The Rob Wildeboer Scholarship
To remember and honour Rob Wildeboer, the Goodwood Flying School Manager, who sadly passed away in 2021, a number of scholarships were made available to help a number of students on their aviation journeys.
I learnt to fly at Goodwood and often fly in and out of the Aerodrome. The views of the coastline and the South Downs are just incredible – there just isn’t anywhere in the country that comes close.
