Three-month return policy offered on Cupra Born EVs

While Cupra's offer sounds risky, it's hard not to imagine the Born's electric performance – it gets from 0-62mph in 5.6 seconds and has a 366-mile range – winning over owners.

The company has teamed up with energy supplier OVO to offer a free home charger and 10,000 complimentary miles if you add its Charge Anytime tariff to an OVO energy plan. That offers 7p per kWh, any time, day or night.

Cupra's three-month-return policy will likely appeal most to people who don't have home charging, providing a safety net if your local public charging network isn't up to snuff.
