McLaren Special Operations (MSO), Woking's special toy box of endless customisation, has unleashed its finest on the new 720S, 24 hours after it was unveiled at Geneva.

The result is this, the 720S Velocity, a very sexy one-off for the new Super Series 650S replacement.

Two pearlescent red paints, Volcano Red and Nerello Red, have been blended, to give a unique look, complemented by a red carbon-fibre bonnet. There are lightweight alloy wheels finished in metallic bronze, and carbon-fibre parts from MSO on the rear aero bridge and rear deck vent complete the exterior design.

Inside, there is black Alcantara trim and Harissa Red leather everywhere.

The "portfolio of MSO enhancements" on the 720S Velocity means it comes in at £335,000.
