In a refreshing change from its usual modified and slammed Nissans and pick-up trucks, Los Angeles-based concept artist BradBuilds has just revealed an intriguing camper concept, based on the new BMW M4, and tailor-made for those seeking to head off-road, off-grid and self-isolate in a hurry.
BradBuilds has rendered its 510PS (375kW) M4 camper concept with a plush rear-mounted single-bed camper ‘module,’ sacrificing the new BMW coupe’s back seats, rear window and boot lid in the process, yet resisting the temptation to modify that controversial giant double kidney grille.
As well as a bed, BradBuilds has equipped its M4 camper with a pair of solar panels and a kitchenette for comfort and sole-sleeper survival. To assist social distancing safely isolated away from others, the BMW’s suspension has been raised and the standard low-profile tyres have been replaced with chunky BF Goodrich rubber, adding to the wild camping and off-road capabilities of this unique M4 concept. No pricing or plans to produce the camper have been announced as yet.
