Video: This POV Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo lap of Monza is monstrous

Let us tell you a little bit about the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo. It’s constructed of aluminium and carbon-fibre, is powered by a thunderous 5.2-litre V10, and puts out a huge 580hp and around 501Nmof torque, sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential gearbox.

It weighs just 1,230kg and costs about £335,000. Suffice to say it is an undeniable weapon on track, with countless race wins under its belt in a number of different series.

So, what better a way to get your heart racing on a Thursday morning than a thrilling onboard lap around the Italian Cathedral of Speed, the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza? With Italy in lockdown, this is the closest that anyone is going to get to a real lap of Monza, but it’s more than realistic enough to allow us to live vicariously through driver Jeroen Mul.
