Video: On board flat-out Czech road racing attack

With the Isle of Man TT long over for another year, your road racing fix has to come from elsewhere. Happily, it’s really rather popular the world over, so the internet is awash with glorious road racing clips from beyond our own Isles. Take this thrill ride aboard a Yamaha R6 in the Czech Tourist Trophy, for example.

What was a hot weekend proved exhausting when it came down to the final few laps. But over the first few, our rider Murtanio got on with the business of dispatching rivals, fully extending his screaming Yamaha R6 to its limits. The course runs through fields, forests an urban areas, over jumps, crests and around sweepers. It’s an epic looking stretch of road that it takes real fearlessness and skill to approach at maximum attack.
