The Mission Motorsport invitational is back at the Goodwood Motor Circuit and with that comes an eclectic fleet of exotic road and racing machinery poised to give attendees the ride of their life.
Eclectic is a bit of an overused word but its meaning is not wasted on what was out on track. How does “from Delahaye to LFA” sound for a variety? In the supercar corner we had the aforementioned unicorn Lexus supercar, a stunning early Porsche Carrera GT, a menacing Ferrari F12tdf Harry Metcalfe in his stunning Jaguar F-Type Project 7 and much more.
Ford GT40s, Aston DB4s, E-types and Healeys bridged the historical gap between those and the vintage weapons. Bugatti Type 35, Delahaye 135 and a couple of Alfa Romeos offered fantastic juxtaposition with the carbon-clad exotica. What’s your pick of the bunch?
