Video: Helmet-cam Rover SD1 Group A thunder

This is all of course following the ultimate expression of excitement and dedication to the hype that was having a trio of them down at the motor circuit for a day’s larking about. You’ve already seen our various galleries and films on the stunning Beemer. The video above presents an altogether different, more immersive and I think we can all agree, utterly epic way to experience some Rover SD1 Group A thunder. 2013 BTCC Champion and GRR track tester Andrew Jordan was on hand to pedal, and provide his lid as a suitable mounting point for our camera. Much of the above film is the result. It lends an eye-opening perspective on just how spikey these highly-strung racing cars are!
