Finishing 38 seconds ahead of the second-placed Sam Wilson, little more needs to be said of Andrew Hibberd’s convincing domination of the race. The hub of the wheel-to-wheel racing had to be the battle for second, third, fourth and fifth between Wilson, Peter Thompson, Jonathan Hughes and James Claridge as they tussled for pretty much the duration.
