Gordon Murray Automotive will be returning to Goodwood next month, bringing the new T.33 supercar along for its first-ever public appearance. Following the unforgettable Goodwood global debut of the T.50 last year, the T.33 will be unveiled by the Duke of Richmond and Professor Gordon Murray CBE at 09:00 on Saturday of the the 79th Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport.
Revealed earlier this year, the T.33 is the T.50’s two-seater fanless sibling; a love letter to beautiful 1960s sports prototypes, powered by a derivative of the incredible 11,100rpm Cosworth V12. It will be on display at Goodwood during 79MM for attendees to see in person for the first time.
It will be at the head of a larger GMA presence at Members’ Meeting, with the T.50 returning, this time in the role of course car, leading the demonstration of screaming F1 cars. On display will be the T.50s, the track-only variant of the T.50.
Alongside the T.33 will also be a display of historic vehicles that inspired its design and lightweight engineering ethos. These include the IGM Ford T.1, Porsche 904, Lamborghini Miura, Abarth 1,000 SP, Osca 1,600 GT, Porsche 550 Spyder and Lotus Elite.
Professor Gordon Murray CBE said: “The team at Gordon Murray Automotive is extremely proud of our British company and as with the T.50, the T.33 supply chain is predominantly UK sourced. We take immense pride in presenting our family of cars at a British venue and where better than Goodwood? As a GRRC member and an ardent fan of all things Goodwood, I look forward to the upcoming 79th Members’ Meeting and the global public debut of our T.33 supercar coupe.”
