Gallery: Saturday at the 2021 Revival

18th September 2021
Seán Ward

If it’s entertainment you were looking for then boy did Saturday at the 2021 Revival offer it up in spades. Practice and qualifying were all but over – it was time for the flag to drop on no fewer than eight races.

Well, OK, one race wasn’t of the entire Motor Circuit. The Settrington Cup, where brave drivers aged four to whenever they can’t fit in the car anymore, took part in a truly fierce race with a near photo-finish. We also saw the pre-war Festival Britain Trophy, a John Whitmore Trophy presented by Sure where the winner took the chequered flag by 24 seconds, and so much more. Even with two years away from the unique Revival atmosphere, we’ve slipped right back into it.
