A Group C car with a Ferrari V8, Lancia styling and a livery from Martini, is there a more enticing sounding mixture? Well, that is what the Lancia LC2 is.
Never able to clinch the big win at Le Mans, the LC2 nevertheless took the fight to the big guns from Porsche, Mercedes and Jaguar, and did it in style. And at the 2011 Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, we got the chance to enjoy one being driven at full speed once more, as Rupert Clevely battled for Timed Shootout glory.
